Arve Sommerfelt
Arve Sommerfelt holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Sør-Trøndelag University College and is approved as Electrical Contractor - Low Voltage by The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB). He has five years experience within space technology and more than 12 years experience from the oil & gas sector and the production industry, mainly within operation and maintenance, even in the role as Electrical Operations Manager (Norwegian: Sakkyndig driftsleder) for the Kristin facility, as well as department manager is different technical departments. Arve is now Senior Specialist Engineer with Unitech Power Systems AS and works in our Fredrikstad office.
Knut Sommerfelt
Knut Sommerfelt holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Power Engineering from NTNU and has worked twelve years in consulting with Electrical Power Systems analyses in focus. Knut is highly competent in load flow and dynamic analyses. He has broad experience with grid connection of hydro power and wind power in Norway at all voltage levels. Additionally, he has worked a lot with planning of transmission grids in developing countries, particularly in the southern Africa. His latest assignment before joinging us was doing grid analyses for Statnett's (the Norwegian TSO) department for Security of Supply. Knut is now Senior Specialist Engineer with Unitech Power Systems AS and works in our Fredrikstad office.
Alexander Onarheim Høgh
Alexander Onarheim Høgh is fresh out of NTNU where he received a Master of Science degree in Electrical Power Engineering. He has experience from many interesting assignments in addition to his studies. Alexander is now Electrical Engineer with Unitech Power Systems AS and works in our Oslo office.
Johannes Karl Otto Kolb
Johannes Karl Otto Kolb holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Power Engineering from University of Technology in Ilmenau, Germany. He has held positions in academia and has co-authored several publications and participated in many conferences. He has worked four years as an expert and instructor with the software company DIgSILENT GmbH in Gomaringen, Germany. Johannes is now Specialist Engineer with Unitech Power Systems AS and works in our Stavanger office.
